On this platform, I will challenge you and provide you with the faculties and guidance to conquer those challenges.

about the founder

Philip Levi is a health coach and fitness mentor based in Burlingame, California. After a career in the culinary world, he entered health and wellness in 2007, eventually becoming a Master Instructor at Equinox — overseeing training staff across personal training, group fitness, and individualized program design. In 2015 he founded Burlingame Fitness, mentoring coaches and clients to deliver world-class results.

He is an endurance athlete, competitive obstacle course racer, and has completed KOKORO — the 52-hour crucible led by Navy SEALs. Considered the world's most demanding training experience available to non-military personnel.

He coaches because the gap between where most people are and where they could be is solvable. Not through gimmicks — through an intelligent system, executed with integrity.
